Founded in 1970, Patronato Pro Niños de San Miguel de Allende, A. C. is a non-profit, non-government organization dedicated to providing free or low-cost medical and dental care to low-income children in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico.

Since its founding, the organization has grown in scope and size to the point that, last year, we were able to provide medical attention to more than 3,800 children and dental care to more than 3,900 children.

The work of Patronato Pro Niños is carried out through fund-raising efforts, the support of national and foreign volunteers and the assistance of our administrative team.

Our Work

Our volunteers seek out needy children in San Miguel and its surrounding villages then help them get the medical care that can so dramatically change their lives. Our personnel and volunteers work with private and government agencies to guarantee that these children receive assistance from every available origin without duplicating services.

Patronato Pro Niños broadcasts its services through the local media, so that the families of children requiring medical attention know about our services.

In addition, we make sure that teachers and supervisors in the area schools are aware of the services we provide.
