The Land
The Municipal Government of San Miguel has donated a piece of land to Patronato Pro Niños on which to build a “Children's Health Center".
This ownership is free and clear for the operating life of Patronato Pro Niños. It is located in the Fracc. Ignacio Ramirez close to the new Public General Hospital, on a main street with bus services connecting to all the local villages.

Temporary Family Accommodations.
We are planning a residential floor consisting of six rooms with a minimum of 18 beds available for use by patients and their parents. On many occasions, the family will have traveled a full day to reach San Miguel for their appointment. If medical care is not available on that day, the free lodging will allow the family to remain overnight for any next-day appointments. (Frequently, the hardships of having to return for subsequent visits keep the family from seeking additional treatment.) The Ronald McDonald-style floor will provide private bedrooms and bathrooms, a common area, an equipped kitchen and dining area, and lockers for their personal effects. The use of the floor is free to registered patients and their parents; however, the family will be asked to provide their own food.
